Currently using MER interior cleaner but not seeing much difference

AutoF Finesse Spritz interior detailer is pretty good i have used it for a while

When you say cleaning.
Do you mean like dusting or deep cleaning e.g removing grime and stains.
If dusting then I use auto finesse spritz.
If removing dirt and grime etc then either auto finesse total or verso.

I've recently(only in fact) used mad cow mango sauce. Looks nice & factory. Before that I only ever wiped it down with a damp cloth

Just ordered some PoorBoys natural look it has the most and best reviews so will give it a try
