I’ve recently purchased a scirocco lowered on -35mm Eibach springs. It’s almost un-drivable with 3 adults in it.
I took it to my local trusted Garage and he’s informed me there was no bumpstops on the rear dampers.
Has anyone on here fitted uprated bumpstops to their car? If so which brand and where from?
Thanks

Re: Missing bumpstops
Do you need uprated bumpstops? Just having some at all (standard ones?) will make one heck of difference.
If you have no bumpstops I can see why things would be awful - I had a golf many years ago which had new shock absorbers badly fitted - they didn't put the bumpstops back in and it would frequently hit the point when the bumpstops should be cushioning things only for it to crash out / bottom out (metal to metal sound)... it was terrible. Is this what you are getting?
Once it was fixed up properly with bumpstops has it should have had it was perfect....
