Is there a sidelight in the headlight cluster as well as the parking light/indicator cluster

If not what is the middle rubber cover for ?

It's the headlight adjustment control thingy. The thingy that makes the headlights move up & down when you turn the headlight adjuster dial thingy. Its next to the dashboard dimmer thingy inside the car.
