Bluetooth voice control

Post by rneilg »

Hi, I can make and receive calls through bluetooth. However the the button on the steering wheel to activate the voice recognition only seems to mute the sound. The instruction manual says that I should here a sound when pressed and then be able to issue voice commands e.g. dial etc. Any ideas what I need to do?
I have searched around the forum but not really found an answer.
Thanks
Neil.

Do you have an RNS510 head unit?

As far as I'm led to believe, that's the only headunit that supports the function. RCD510 certainly doesn't.
