Slightly different folding mirror question

Post by chr15 »

I wonder if it's possible to code the mirrors with vagcom so when you hold down the lock button on the car (like when putting windows up) they fold in. The leon fr's do it and it's quite a cool feature in my opinion.

A lot of cars do this when you lock the car, it makes sense. Not sure why VW's do not do it, could be resolved possibly by VAG-COM.

I had a play with VAG-COM yesterday, certainly didnt notice anything that related to folding the mirros in when the car is locked.

Hi.

It is only possible if you have the 12 way electric leather seats. They have a memory funktion that is also used for the folding mirrors.

I have read that it should be the only way of making them fold in automaticly.

best regards Martin

The 12 way electric seats on the Roc don't have seat memory like on other models. Looks like another function that we don't get on the Roc, perhaps it will be introduced at a later date.
