Hi guys.
My phone option on my 2.0 GT is unavailable , its almost as if its disabled and has been this way since ive had the car .
Any suggestions would be great as im a bit of a technophobe meaning I aint got a clue lol .

The OEM Bluetooth module is located in a polystyrene box under the driver's seat (RHD). Check the connections to it.
