Tried to replace the turbo vacuüm actuator yesterday.
What a stupid design. Whole pcv has to come loose and fuel rail, fuel lines to injectors pff. So cancelled it.
Maybe if you have a ramp it will be easier from underneath.
But im done with it, going for a GTB2260, dpf delete, turbo back exhaust and Wagner intercooler. $$$.
After that i need an upgraded cp 3.1 fuel pump i think.
Then some power that suits a Scirocco.

@xjay: Do you know the right order for these upgrades?

Held on to the unlock button to see the Windows go halfway down and stop. Flattened the battery and had to bump it. Only had it a week.

Dropped it off at my mates garage . Serious noise from the front drivers side wheel and a knocking on the passenger . The passenger is probably a drop link or something , but the drivers side makes a hell of a noise when I ease off of the throttle ,
I do drive it like I stole it so maybe there's a lesson there .

Had H&R springs fitted, Ferrodo pads and discs on all four corners just in time for GTi International. Happy days. ImageImage

Don't bump the engine if you've got a twincharger! Has been known to make the timing chain slip/stretch and cause damage, a weak point about this engine. Also don't leave it parked in gear

The gauge itself is just a standard boost gauge and the boost tap needed for the vacuum line is from Forge. Mounts between the map sensor and the top of the block.

Spontaneously detailed engine though waiting for autofinesse dreselle (sp*) to arrive tomorrow. Cleaned and washed the two twintake canisters, properly filthy after 20k miles!
Installed red coil packs in anticipation of stage one tune this weekend :D ImageImageImageImageImage

Good Afternoon everyone,
I own a vw scirocco 2015 14tsi imported from UK to a little island Malta. I recently remaped it to stage 1 from an authorised revo dealer and applied the revo remap. Three days later my gearbox went, the housing had a hole and oil leaked. The car was bought with 22k Miles and now it currently has 32k miles. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Has anyone remaped their 2015 14tsi to stage 1 with remap? Is it due to the remap or just a coincidence (My mechanic advised me that the remap stage 1 would be fine and compatable with factory components along with REVO) Any info or help would be greatly appreciated as it is going to cost me. Thanks.
