Take it off Willyjay, make that rear clean again. It's not a honda civic from the 90's.

Got the Eibach Bilstein B12 pro kit fitted today, it feels great. Much more solid on the road.

So today I changed the plates back onto its original registration ready for its new owner to collect it next Saturday. Last time out of the garage tomorrow to give it a good bath, then she goes on Saturday! Enjoyed owning and driving it but it's time for an upgrade!
Keep up the good work on the forum people

Over and out!

Gave it a deep clean, as it was bought yesterday and the previous owner had a large dog!

Changed my front brakes (discs and pads) myself and took them for a test drive, they feel pretty good and no noise + dodgy vibrations. I used Brembo pads and discs

Bought a luggage net. But there are only 2 hooks in the boot. Managed to clamp the other 2 hooks on the backseat frame somehow.

Finally installed new rear brake discs and pads to go with my fronts. Rears were a lot easier than the front - got brembos all round now

Of course I punctured the dust cover for the hub screw :shake:

Now my car alarm has gone off twice tonight for no reason!? Anyone else had random electronic issues before?

I phoned the VW garage regarding my scirocco to be. Satin black alloys done, cambelt done, just waiting for it to go to the body shop to smooth over a few small marks. Should be ready by Friday! Sat in a cafe eating a haloumi wrap, checking out the Eiback sportline springs which will be added at a later date. They do sit a bit high as standard don't they!

Still hungry and waiting.

Took mine to the body shop and had the bonnet resprayed. Looks as good as new now. Now just the wheels to be fixed tomorrow and the real fun can start. :)
