SCIROCCO TDI 2.0 HEAD UNIT ISSUE

Hi all am new here but nice to meet you all! I own a sirocco 2.0 TDI 2013 version for 4 years now and never had a problem with the car only replaced tyres and disc pads and all the regular service. Today I got in the car and drove 5 miles to get to petrol station and got along with my day. Few hours later I noticed my radio head unit had burned in screen or like water mark you get when water is stuck under screen. I was surprised as that wasn't there this morning and it appeared out of no where. I'm attaching pictures. I also noticed for sometime I'm getting warning for third warning light error but when I checked It the light bulb was working and then the warning went off and came back couple of times. If that is of any help . Also no one had access to my car at all times. Thank you Adrian
