3mm wheel spacer, what else do I need to do

3mm wheel spacer, what else do I need to do
I've installed TTRS caliper with 19" talladega wheel. Right now, my concern is whether the standard bolt will work because i have 3mm installed to clear the caliper from wheel. Another question is that right now the wheel is sitting around 1mm on the hub (used to be approximately 4mm before spacer installed). Is this setup ok? DO I need new wheel bolt? DO I need need spacer with lip to ensure that wheel will sit correctly on hub?
