We have exactly the same model but a 2015.
Love it - our second Scirocco (GT 140 before) but this one is far better.
Looks better (vents in bumpers finish it off nicely at the rear), better spec and the 184 is so much quicker than the 140 diesel. Good economy too, even when gunning it abroad.
Cheap road tax and great to look at & drive. What’s not to like?

I have last week bought a 65 plate 2.0 TDI (150) R-Line in a ultra violet Witt black 19” alloys and I must say it’s the dogs b”””x. Plenty of talk for a 150 and another plus side is £20 per year tax?!!
