Hi Guys,

I'm new here so please be kind :hyper:

I'm thinking about buying a 15-plate Scirocco 1.4TDI GT (17,000 miles) (https://www.hendycarstore.co.uk/used-ca ... v38992857/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

I'm totally new to VW. I've been reading a bit about issues with timing belt/chain in earlier models but unsure if the problem was rectified by 2015.

Any advice would be much appreciated :)

By 2015, the major issues were resolved.

Looks really good, too bad about the halogens though.

It's a 1.4 TSI (petrol) though not a TDI (diesel)
