Hi guys, turned the scirocco off last night and locked it on the fob (2.0 TDI Bluemotion ) and noticed the centre of the dash board was still on with the time and mileage etc is this normal I tried again this morning and it again stayed on for probably ten seconds?
I’ve never noticed this before am I being a clown?

Yes that's normal, after a while canbus goes into sleeping mode and it will turn off.

As Roy says, it's perfectly normal. It only stays on for a couple of mins.
