Opening the door/windows/vents doesn't change anything. I think it's coming from the vent or something... After recording the vid I turned on the AC a little bit and the sound disappeared :?

Also this only happens when I'm standing still as soon as I get going the ticking noise disappears

Try opening the bonnet. My car had a rattle at approx 1000 rpm and it was the bonnet strut vibrating against the bodywork. If the noise goes away with the bonnet up, that could be the answer.
Put some foam under the strut to absorb the vibes when it is "down".

Or it might be something else - the forum has many different threads for rattles....

It can also be from the vent system servos that are not working properly. It is quite common in the similar VW group cars. Google vw clicking noise ac and You get some examples. Also videos on Youtube how to fix it.
