Retrofittting heated seats

Hi,
I fitted leather seats to my 2010 1.4 tsi 160 just after I bought it 2 years ago and the fact that the electric lumbar support and heated seats are not connected up hasn’t bothered me. I am now contemplating selling the car and have started to think that the these particular functions not working will put off a potential buyer.

I know I would need the heated seat control switch for the dash but how difficult is it to get these 2 functions working ?
