Scirocco R journey to Stage 2+

Post by LHM »

Hi. Purchased my 2011 Scirocco R DSG (CDL engine) back in Sepetember 2017 with 47000 miles on the clock. Totally love the car and always wanted a MK3 Scirocco since they launched years ago. My goal is to get this car to appx 360(ish)bhp. This car is cared for better than a new born baby!

Since owning the car I have done the following:

Oil change with Castrol Edge 5W30 (change every 5k) with OEM oil filter
New OEM Fuel filter
New OEM Pollen filter
New NGK Iriduim spark plugs
New OEM Cam follower
Upgraded coil packs to genuine OEM R8 "red tops"
Revo air intake
Forge catch can with PCV delete (you wont believe how much crap this catches)
GFB DV+
SuperPro ALK
Forge DV to intake hose
Oil filler neck now removed
Full detail

Future plans:

Wagner front mount intercooler
CTS Turbo outlet (discharge) pipe
BCS full turbo back exhaust with decat
AutoTech HPFP with new OEM cam follower
RS4 Fuel pressure valve
Sump clean
OEM oil pick up pipe
Inlet clean
Injector refurb
Millers Nanodrive 5W40 oil
R-tech performance stage 2+ map
R-tech performance DSG map
R-tech ASBO map (bangs, pops and crackles map, why the hell not?!)
Coilovers (yet to be decided which ones)

Looks great!
Superpro's will definitely make a difference in handling ;)
With lowering, both looks and handling will be further improved.
