Because it's the winter set i sprayed the insides matt black(cant see it from the outside but very effective with cleaning!!
Image
Red calipers.
Image
Bought R bumper with some damage and an OEM R rear spoiler :D!

Sold the BBS wheels with 450euro profit so that money i use to spray the stuff! (didnt like the weheels very much so use them for the profit!)

Image
Because it's a diesel no loudy noises just adds some GRRRRR! in love with it!
Image
Went with it to Luxemburg! what a road to drive! love the roads there.. think i need some new rubber xD
Image
Image
Added R line wing fender badges and an R line front grill badge ( waited for it a long time :) )
And.. give it a good clean and wax after the holiday!
Image
So a brain fart let me do this.. 3SDM 0.01 9,5j ALL over with Dunlop sportmaxx 235-35-19 so perfect fitment and some little stretch :)
Wheels have some damage but let it fix soon as i did to the BBS! very happy how they look!
Image
Image
Autobahn :)
Image
So got some stone chips on my lower grill and i want to sand them more so it looks nicer.. (also sprayed the outer sides now!
Image
How it look + tinted the blinkers a bit to fit the rest.. (with my mates R32 :) )
Image

So hope some updates soon still got wishlist!

-bigger tires on the rear
-r line front bumper

How did you take the vw badge off and spray ? I have a indium grey scirocco and I think black badges may go decent but not sure

Nice progress mate! :)
How heavy are the 3sdm's? How do they feel at a sporty driving?

I have always admired the looks, but couldn't find any info of the build (gravity casting/Low pressure casting/Flow formed cast ?).
The guys at 3sdm's couldn't be bothered, sent them repeated emails but the only response was silence.
Cheers

to pjayy : you can take of the logo's because they are clocked on a vw logo's thats underneath the outer logo... so just pull a little bit maybe use a plastic trim :)

to roc82: they are not very lightweight wheels the bbs that i had were lightweight sportwheels they had nice handling, and because i drive on 9,5j 3sdm i have streched tires also not providing the sporty drive.. maybe 8,5j front with good tires will be much better but if u look for sporty driving wheels i prefer the BBS or OZ :) but thats my opinion.

Thanks mate :). That was something I was afraid of, so I'm guessing that I will go for something different.
My current '17 oz (which have been amazing so far) will remain for winter use.
To bad oz doesn't build the superturismo lm's in 18x8.5, it would have been my favorite choice.

I wish I could take them in '19 :), but the roads I usually drive are really bad.
18 will be more than enough, and only take into consideration a 8.5j rim with 245 width tires.
If oz doesn't release by spring the superturismo lm's in 18x8.5 (one can hope), I will most probably go for Alutec Pearl:

What ET are the bbs rims? I'm going for the 3sdm 0.01 rims on my car 8.5Jx19 ET32. So scared to run the 9.5Jx19 ET 40, cause some say that they rub? But think the 8.5J with ET 32 should look pretty ok..;) The car is lowerd on H&R springs (30/35mm)

Jo scirocco kid,

The bbs where 8,5 all around, the 3sdm where 9,5 all around lowered 30mm
The 9,5 et 40 fitted perfectley! Never rubbed but if ur scared for wheel curbs you should go for 8,5 and you always can use spacers fpr the perfect fit!
