Am I wrong in thinking that the 'odd' numbered gears (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th) are on one clutch, and the 'even' (2nd, 4th, 6th) on the other? Well I've had mine since July 2011 and just had it's first service here in Poland (15000km). Over here I didn't get the same option with the service plan, but it was not so bad anyway: a quick check on the currency converter shows I paid around £130 for it! After reading the story it seems he 'only' received 6 points to receive a ban anyway (for 9 months), as he already had 6 points. I am sure if he had 3 points before, they would have given him 9...
