i think it looks cack! some of the things people have done to their rocs defy belief ...some of the mods i've seen on here are straight out of the chav's handbook.

Why can't folk just appreciate it for the cracking looking motor it is

Read some horror stories on other forums about cars with similar problems. Everything from knacked engine management units, dodgy flywheels, split clutch casings, faulty air filters.......nightmare! I hope not.

Cheers gavmac. Yeah mine ticks over at just below 1000 (always has done). The 'shake' started today...it is very noticeable....kind of a jerky movement.
