Hello all,
Does anyone know if there is a ratchet type chain tensioner available for the 1.4tsi? I see there’s one for the 2.0 but I’m gathering this won’t be comparable for the 1.4 .

I’m positive it’s the same noise, I will get an second opinion and hopefully they confirm. Yes, it was a proper garage who state they use genuine parts on chain replacements. I have invoices and I’m guessing they will provide some kind of documentation for warranty purposes. Well they said they were...
