Re: My Scirocco Project

Kustom Kolors have given a ball park of £350 to remove, prep and repaint front bumper and remove, clean up and professionally refit both side skirts as the paint was fine but they were coming away from the bodywork. KK have a very good rep too so not a cheap back alley job. For a bonnet and bumper i...

Re: My Scirocco Project

Appreciate the comment. again I need to see about uploading photos. Unfortunately I needed a new passenger Xenon, the current one was water damaged and beyond salvage, plus in my OCD a new one would match the drivers side. Anyway the good news is that all electrical niggles have been resolved! :clap...

Re: My Scirocco Project

Hello, So i ended up purchasing Garys Scirocco last month and thought i'd provide an update on here to continue the thread rather than lose all these updates and start a new one. The car was in need of some TLC as it has been stood a while but i negotiated this into the price, so i thought! To be ho...

Great write up. I bought a 720p camera off of Amazon but this looks a decent bit of kit

Re: Cars you have owned before getting a Rocco??

Shorter list but in order
Mk3 golf 1.4 se
Corrado G60
Corrado Vr6 - supercharged
Bmw 135i

Absolutely loved the 135i which was remapped to about 380bhp but the arrival of our little man meant it got changed for a qashqai.

On the look out now for possibly a scirocco as my car

Re: Any gamers out there?

Recently had the disc constantly ejecting on ps4. I've read you can try a reset which doesn't seem to have worked or remove a rubber bung but unsure about tinkering if it doesn't work. Has anyone tried this?

Re: Who are you insured with?

I've used Adrian flux and highway over the last few years. Both very competitive and always had good chats with people that know about cars

Re: My Scirocco Project

Just had a read and some great work. Did you get round to sorting the xenons, chain tensioner or tow eye cover?
