Selling my Scirocco

How do you know it’s scrap. Put the chain on it first and see if it runs.

Re: Flashing Red Temp Light.

Just an update for future searches.

The light went out and stayed out after a couple of days. The sensor must have sprung back into life after a soak in coolant.

Hi, I have already topped it up.

The light goes out once it starts to warm up so maybe it's just starting to fail completely

I have the above warning light that suggests low coolant.

The expansion tank was a little low but not empty so I'm thinking level probe??

They car runs at normal temps, 90 degC.

Wow, yes that is a terrible repair. I hope that's the only bodge when they repaired it.

I would get it thoroughly inspected.

Re: Using Leaf Blower to Dry Car

You also have the option of DI water. Buy a filter and resin and you don't have to dry your car at all. reducing the risks of swirls/marks a little. Another option I use is a a drying towel such as chemical guys woolly mammoth (its huge!) and a drying aid or spray sealant. I use Carpro Reload cut 1:...
