I recently noticed a nice big ridge on my discs. Replaced them last year, haven't noticed any loss of performance or noise. Just a ridge in the disc and pad. Friend thinks maybe a hard spot, won't be buying Pagid again.

That's the same as mine. Should be an ATE caliper. 288mm

When you look online it will quote that code. They'll be that size.

Yes but too late. I took the wheels off checked the calipers. Pain in the butt. But then found out the info is on the car data sticker. There will be a corresponding code. 1ZE 1ZP 1KD etc. Check online and there should be a code to match your car.

If you buy a car second hand you can always plead ignorance with a remap. It's not visible. Other mods are a different matter obviously. The insurance prices where I live are a joke. Even now I'm 32 so I haven't bothered with mine before.

Hi guys. Going to get my Rocco remapped. But know about the possibility of needing to cut out the ECU. That's not a problem but is there anyway to tell if I need to do it or not? I don't want to cut it out only to find out he can nap it from ODB port. Thanks.
