Chelspeed is correct, all the later Rs still have the TFSI belt drive engine. TSI is just badging and means nothing.

There's a handle at the front to slide them forward then you can tilt forwards afterwards. Not quite as simple as tilt and slide in one but hardly rocket science. My local garage is really helpful and spent a bit of time trying different leads till they got it all to work. I too had bought a lead for my previous R-Line and it didn't work so I gave up thinking it just wasn't going to work.

Both are good. H&R are a bit lower than the VWR.
