Something weird is going on with mine, just mine out and played about with the bulb holders. Figured both of them work so the bulb is a duff and now the fogs are playing up drivers side too?

So.. the general consensus is its a bad idea.

God luck but for £50 I think I'd just get a set off eBay and save myself the aggravation. It will sour the experience of getting a brand new car. Its not £50 though its £200 as its OEM? Replaced a tyre yesterday after getting a puncture on the A1.
